As some of you know, I live in the middle of nowhere, far from such conveniences as a post office or even a road. However, I would like to offer my book, signed, to those who would like a copy for the price listed below. Because of where I live, I cannot send copies at any old time. My mailing window is primarily from June through August, and though there are occasional opportunities to send a book off during the winter, such times can never be scheduled.
